1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the we1win2 platform, you hereby express full agreement to all terms, conditions and policies contained in this document as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision here, you are advised not to continue using this platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and we1win2 as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or use any service provided by we1win2.

2. User Eligibility
To use the we1win2 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your place of residence.
- Not be subject to a self-exclusion programme or gambling restriction imposed by any relevant authority.

- Use legitimate personal funds that do not include money derived from illegal activities.
we1win2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with eligibility requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.
3. Registration & Account Management
Each individual is only permitted to hold one account on the we1win2 platform. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being frozen and any accumulated balance and bonuses being cancelled.
During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate and complete information. The information provided must include:
- Full name as shown on your identity card or MyKad.
- A valid date of birth to verify the age requirement of 21 years and above.
- An active mobile phone number that can be contacted.
- A valid email address that is actively accessed.
You are fully responsible for the security of your account password. Contact our customer support via live chat immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
we1win2 will never ask for your password through any channel. Be cautious of any communication requesting your login details — report any attempted fraud to our support team immediately.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with we1win2's financial policy. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).
The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the method and system conditions.
- All withdrawals are subject to identity verification in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit except in specific circumstances approved by management.
- we1win2 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party financial service providers or banking systems.
- Any withdrawal attempt suspected of being linked to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with legal obligations.
we1win2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review purposes. All transactions that have been verified and processed cannot be reversed.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
we1win2 offers various promotions to registered members. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. Users must read and understand the terms of each promotion before accepting a bonus.
Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus of up to RM300. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example:
- Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
- Deposit RM800 → bonus RM300 → balance RM1,100 → wagering requirement: RM300 × 25 = RM7,500
Users suspected of abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will have their bonuses cancelled and their account may be closed without prior notice.
All bonus offers are at the discretion of we1win2 and may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the terms of an active bonus will be communicated to users through the platform.
6. Accepted User Conduct
By using the we1win2 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts or other technical means to interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Collaborating with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
- Sending, posting or sharing any content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening or that infringes the rights of third parties.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the system, databases, or other users' accounts.
- Using another user's personal information without their consent.
- Carrying out any act that compromises the security, stability, or integrity of our platform.
A breach of any provision in this section may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of funds, and legal action where necessary.
7. Account Closure & Suspension
Voluntary closure: Users may close their account at any time by contacting our customer support team via 24/7 live chat. Any eligible account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable terms.
Closure by we1win2: we1win2 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:
- Confirmation that the user does not meet the age or legal eligibility requirements.
- Misuse of the system, fraud, or conduct that violates these terms.
- Falsification of registration information or identity verification details.
- Suspected activity related to money laundering or criminal activity.
- A request from a relevant authority or regulatory body.
In the event of closure due to a breach of terms, we1win2 reserves the right to withhold or void any remaining balance in the account, including bonus funds for which the wagering requirements have not been met.
